By commissiong me you agree to my terms and conditions.

. First & Foremost

  • As an artist, I have every right to accept or decline the order.

  • You only receive full-resolution digital files of commission. No physical items will be delivered.

  • Only participate in any transaction with me if you are over 18 or able to pay off your own ability.

  • Payment Will be in USD

  • Payment via PayPal invoice only.

  • Even though you commissioned me i still have Rights over my art, Meaning i can use it on social media, portfolio, printing etc.

  • I'm also a human and i need time to recharge! So don't expect updates on Weekends!!

. Payment Details

  • All payments must be in USD.

  • 50% payment via PayPal invoice after the sketch i.e. before I start working on the project and 50% after I finish the Project. (If you want to pay 100% upfront it works too.)

  • All Invoice are due within 5 days, Unless agreed otherwise, if the invoice is past the due date, your commission will be Cancelled.

  • The commission will not officially start until you pay the first 50% payment.

  • I do not suggest chargebacks. If you want a refund I will gladly help you out. 50% will be refunded after the line art stage. No money will be refunded after past coloring stage.

. Copyright & Usage

  • Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand. (Commercial uses include extra fee)

  • I still have the rights over my art, meaning I can add my artwork to any social platform/ portfolio/ printing, etc.

  • Neither commissioner nor anyone is allowed to remove the watermark from finished products. (Commercial uses does not include watermark)

  • Standard reposting is allowed as long as you credit me properly, Non-commercial or commercial works made by me are NOT allowed to use in block-chain related technology including NFT, AI etc..

  • You are allowed to make changes in Adoptable / Design which have been sold to you and allowed to trade But not allowed to sell it for more than the price you bought. (If you break the rules you will be blacklisted)

. Deadline & Process

  • A Illustration commission will usually take 1 - 3 Weeks (max).

  • VTuber commission will take 1-6 months (Max).

  • PNG tuber takes max 2 weeks.

  • If u want Rush Orders i can help you with that! (Additional Fee will be added)

  • Don't worry I will provide the WIP of the process along the way.

  • Process: Sketch 🡲 Line art 🡲 Flat coloring 🡲 Shading 🡲 Finished product.

  • We can make changes in the sketch and line art period.

  • No major changes will be done after finishing the product.
